• Electricity At the tenant's expense, estimated at between 2 and 4 euros per day, via a rechargeable card based on your consumption.
• Cleaning Service Free every 3 days, depending on availability and attendance.

No smoking :
All our accommodation is strictly non-smoking, to guarantee the well-being and health of all our residents.

Reservations :
To confirm your online booking, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the rental period.

Deposit :

• Amount: €150
• Payment terms :
  • By cheque or bank transfer, to be sent at least 30 days before arrival.
  • On site, directly to the janitor, by cheque or cash.
• The deposit will be returned on departure after inventory, subject to deductions for any damage.
